At Titan Reins, we have the ability to oversee multiple projects at a time, whilst maintaining a high level of proficiency. It is our business to acutely understand and manage project schedules, risks, and budgets throughout the lifecycle of our projects. We look to work closely with and to integrate all essential stakeholders in the project value chain, be it Supply Chain, Procurement, Security, IT, EHS, Cost Management organizations to determine the most appropriate delivery methodology for each project. We forge partnerships with client preferred vendors to plan, coordinate and oversee construction activities, compliance to requisite standards, as well as manage milestones for tenant decision making.

Titan Reins oversees all aspects of the project execution process, including but not limited to, schedule development, budget development, client approvals, design and construction document production, RFP processes, construction, furniture, the move etc. Our assignment is to ensure our client’s projects are executed within agreed schedules and budgets. Essentially, we would apply the following project management principles on behalf of the tenant.

Review the preparation and negotiating of bid packages/ or RFP packages with Cost Managers.

Conduct interviews with shortlisted consultants and contractors.
Oversee and review the preparation of contract documentation along with Cost Managers and tenant/client Procurement Team.
Oversee the implementation of each contract, with regular progress reporting.
Champion and facilitate the handover process from Project Delivery Team to FM/ Operations Team.
Facilitate the implementation of the agreed change management strategy/ or program throughout each project phase with respective stakeholders.
