Aaron Bigmore is currently the Project Services Manager at GN Power Co in the Philippines.  Aaron has over 26 years’ hands-on experience in the management & delivery of large, high profile and complex projects such as high-rise buildings, apartment towers, airports, office buildings, fit-outs, schools, pharmaceutical, laboratories and processing sectors throughout the United States, Ireland, United Kingdom, Africa and Asia and has also been involved in several “roll out” programmers for global corporate companies, supermarkets, banks, and retail stores.

He was born and raised in Montreal, Canada, and is fluent in English and French, and within his travels he has been able to adapt his knowledge of engineering, management principles, business procedures, economics, and human behavior to suit the environment. He has been able to implement these principles in a variety project throughout the various continents. Aaron has completed BSc Industrial Technology & BSc Civil Engineering at Fitchburg State University.

Danai Magugumela completed BSc and MSc degrees in Civil Engineering in Texas, USA. She has over 22 years of consulting engineering experience in South Africa. From roles in design and construction of transportation projects in the early years, she advanced to senior roles in leading consulting firms, at levels of Managing Director and CEO.

Danai completed the Global Executive Development Programme at GIBS in 2019. This milestone led to her establishment of Full Circle Partners, a management consultancy providing services including strategic advisory, and leadership development services.

Having lived, studied and worked in African countries, in Italy and in the USA, she brings exceptional value to relationship management with multicultural partners and/or clients, and will be an asset to strategic foresight to the business.

Funeka Maseko is currently the Executive Director and Head of SSA Consumer Equity Research at JP Morgan. She has an incredible amount of experienced in Corporate Finance, Asset management, Investments, and a Financial Analyst with more than 15 years of proven experience within the financial service sector providing trusted advise to retail market investors.

Kieron Murray is the Founder and the Managing Director at Property Solutions Africa (PTY) LTD, a Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services organization that supports the entire Sub-Saharan Africa region.

With his strong track record borne from 26 years of considerable experience, he leverages from his previous projects and current market knowledge, to ensure an integrated “end to end” service that provides optimum and well-informed results for his clients – he is strongly recognized as a” Safe pair of real estate hands in Africa”. Over the last 26 years, Kieron has concluded major transactions as a tenant representative involving all facets of the corporate real estate disciplines for major multinational organizations/clients, such as Coca Cola, AIG, Sanofi, Cisco, WPP, Nestle, GSK, Oracle, Amazon, Kellogg’s, SAP, Apple, P&G, Ogilvy, Avon, Microsoft, Ericsson to name a few.

Tembisa Marele is currently the Head of Communication and Liaison at the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), where she has been driving the reputation management strategy for the past seven years. She is a highly motivated professional with the ability to build partnerships with leadership from development countries i.e, public, and private sectors across geographical locations to drive value in a South African, Pan-African, and Global context.
